No matter how much we seek Him, there are some things about God and about our lives on earth that we’ll never fully understand this side of heaven (1 Corinthians 13:12).
Because I’m extremely analytical, this used to bother me. But the longer I know the Lord, the more I realize how well He has equipped us, giving us exactly what we need, not too much or too little.
As we renew our minds, refusing to conform to the false beliefs in culture, Scripture tells us that we “will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will” (Romans 12:2).
Wow! Isn’t it wonderful that as we grow in Him we can better understand His will for us?
And even though we don’t have every question answered, “His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness” (2 Peter 1:3).
Everything we need to live godly lives … that’s another “Wow!”
So let’s thank God for His provision, refuse to conform to worldly values, and renew our minds daily in God’s Word.
