There are lots of unknowns about life and we are facing greater and greater challenges to our faith. But we know God has specific purposes for us, so we can be encouraged (Ephesians 2:10).
We can also be encouraged and improve our well-being by enjoying God's creation and/or being creative. Did you know Creativity is Part of Our Spiritual DNA?
Here are 5 Ideas:
1. Enjoy nature - Psalm 104:24.
Studies show that enjoying God's creation improves our mental health. Why not plant flowers, hang a bird feeder, take outdoor photos, or simply take a walk.
⭐See Enjoying Bugs on the Sidewalk.
2. Sing aloud with praise music or pull out that musical instrument you've neglected - Psalm 96:1.
God designed music to have a powerful effect on our souls.
⭐See Praise Music Therapy and Music Appreciation.
3. Create “stones of remembrance”- Joshua 4:1-7.
Don't know what this means?
⭐See Stones of Remembrance and What are Your Stones of Remembrance?
4. Begin creative journaling.
If you enjoy doodling or lettering, this method of Bible study can be a blessing.
⭐See Creative Journaling and Psalm 37- Jesus Journaling.
5. Try something new: a new recipe or a new craft idea.
Pinterest is one of many places to find new craft ideas, and some crafts can have godly purposes.(1)

I love your Bible Love Notes and this one really hit home. I have filled these past few months with making special fabric/embroidered birthday cards for all of my girlfriends and they sit in envelopes waiting for each birthday. And I like the "Stones" idea. I make lists of 1)times the Holy Spirit was obviously guiding me. 2)The worst things that have happened in my life. 3)What I did for $$ and what I did for love. Etc. Thank you for being in my in box periodically.
