Lies in Disguise: Our Role as Modern Christians

Aren't you inspired by the truth that you have a purpose for the Lord, a mission He designed just for you:

“For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”  Ephesians 2:10

And He trusted you, knowing you could live out your faith in this difficult time in history:

God “gives everyone life and breath and everything else. From one man he made all the nations, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he marked out their appointed times in history and the boundaries of their lands. God did this so that they would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from any one of us. ‘For in him we live and move and have our being.’ As some of your own poets have said, ‘We are his offspring.’” Acts 17:25-28 

The lies we are dealing with in our modern culture are nothing new but they have reached a boiling point, forcing people to choose truth or lies, right or wrong, life or death.

Please pray about the specific purposes God has prepared for you, things which will help you become stronger and more passionate about God's message to the world.

I've prayed about God's specific purposes for me and I feel strongly that one of them is to warn people of lies in disguise that are compromising and corrupting true Christian faith. That's why I've written Lies in Disguise, Half-Truths Many Christians Believe. 

It's designed to help us live our faith more fully by avoiding the half-truths that are causing confusion and compromise in the modern church. We need to understand these lies in disguise so we can reject them and warn others.
