5 Productive Projects for Christians

These suggestions can help Christians make wise use of their time and fulfill God's purposes.

We want to make the most of every opportunity in our lives, especially during difficult seasons of life (Ephesians 5:15-17).

So here are some suggestions:

1. Help another believer (Galatians 6:10).

Ask God to show you a Christian who needs your help.

2. Scale up your prayer life (Philippians 4:6).

Check out the Bible Love Notes Prayer Series for fun and practical ideas.

3. Ask a friend to be your prayer partner (James 5:16).

You can do this on the phone if in-person visits are a problem.

4. Do an in-depth study of a book of the Bible using online resources (2 Timothy 2:15).

Bible Hub provides verse-by-verse commentary from a variety of sources plus explanations of the Greek words.

Mike Winger is doing an in-depth study of the Gospel of Mark on Youtube.

5. Learn a new skill that you can use for the Lord (Colossians 3:17).

Something creative, academic, technical, etc. Even if it’s a small thing, it will be time well spent.
