Kindness, Justice, Righteousness
1 Corinthians 1:26-31 says we have no reason to boast in human wisdom. Instead we should boast in knowing God.
Jeremiah 9:23-24 says the same:
“This is what the LORD says: ‘Let not the wise boast of their wisdom or the strong boast of their strength or the rich boast of their riches, but let the one who boasts boast about this: that they have the understanding to know me, that I am the LORD, who exercises kindness, justice and righteousness on earth, for in these I delight,’ declares the LORD.”
The Lord is the Lord – supreme, all-wise, all-knowing. Mere human beings cannot redefine His Word or ways.
We must quit listening to descriptions of God that come from human wisdom.
He is a God who delights in these things:
1. Kindness – Through Christ He offers repentant human beings undeserved salvation.
2. Justice – He will not save the unrepentant or overlook sin.(1)
3. Righteousness – He will not bend morality to please anyone.

(1) If God overlooked our sins, Christ would not have had to die for them. We must not mistake grace for permissiveness. Grace had an enormous price. That's also why we must be careful about the use of the word "unconditional" to describe God's love because it literally means a love void of justice and purity: Misunderstandings About God's Love.
