The Rest of Our Story

The Rest of Our Story and the best of our story is Romans 8:28...

Some of our difficulties are caused by the sins of other people or by circumstances beyond our control.

But God gives us a wonderful promise in these situations.

Joseph is a prime example of this promise. His life was forever changed by the sins of his brothers. He was enslaved and imprisoned, but his story didn't end there.

When someone or something disrupts our lives, we need to remember that our story doesn't end there.

My greatest difficulty in life has grown increasingly worse through the years, and I have no control over it. But I have seen God use it for incredible good in my life (2 Corinthians 1:3-5).

Perhaps it’s too early in your problem to see how God has used it, but I encourage you to trust that He will bring good from it and I pray that you will recognize that good when it comes. 

Romans 8:28 is the rest of our story and the best of our story.
