It's an indication that we are designed for community, meant to interact with other human beings, not simply on social networks, but face to face. It means we need each other to be healthy.
Why not consider how you might improve the health of an elderly friend, troubled child, lonely neighbor, parent, or friend by simply giving them a hug, a squeeze of the hand, or a friendly pat on the back today.
