What God calls unnatural, the world calls natural (Romans 1:26-27). What God calls wrong, the world calls right (Romans 1:32).
So much of the world’s wisdom is foolishness (1 Corinthians 3:19).
That’s why it’s so important that we study God’s Word and seek to know Him accurately. Our lives will be enriched by what we know and weakened by what we don’t.
1. We should seek God’s wisdom wholeheartedly.
Proverbs 2 commands us to cry out for it, and look for it as for treasure.
2. We should seek His wisdom with complete confidence that He will give it generously.
God is eager to give us the answers we need when we ask in faith (James 1:5-6).
3. We should seek His wisdom in Christ, the Living Word (John 1:1).
All the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are found in Christ (Colossians 2:2-3).
Let's ask God to give us practical ways we can fill our hearts and minds with His wisdom.
