Do It Now!

if you died tomorrow, don't wait to do thing because you could die tomorrow
Our tiny grandson in an ambulance…His little chest heaving with retractions… Alarmed faces of paramedics who knew they didn’t have the medicines he needed…

When our grandson had this brush with death, we were overseas.

When our daughter called to tell us he was safe and well, I cried tears of gratefulness.

But I also thought of those I know who’ve built walls between themselves and loved ones. They may think they have lots of time to work things out, but they may only have a year, a month or a day.

Is there a relationship you’ve put on the shelf even though it needs your time, effort, repentance, forgiveness, or explanation? If so, ask God’s help to do something about it today.

“Teach us how short our life is, so that we may become wise”
