Living Memorials

What Does Psalm 92 Mean When it Calls Certain People "Living Memorials"?

I love Psalm 92

"The righteous will flourish like a palm tree, they will grow like a cedar of Lebanon; planted in the house of the LORD, they will flourish in the courts of our God."

"They will still bear fruit in old age, they will stay fresh and green."

"They are living memorials to show that the Lord is upright and faithful to His promises; He is my Rock, and there is no unrighteousness in Him." (AMP)

Isn't that a wonderful thing to be...a living memorial.

Think about it.

Romans 12:1-2 says we are living sacrifices and Psalm 92 says we're living memorials.

We are walking, talking, breathing reminders of God's goodness.

Our lives testify to the fact that life is hard, but God is good.

People hurt and disappoint us, but God is ever faithful.

The world blurs the lines between good and evil, but God is pure and holy.

Human love is imperfect and often painful, but God's love is perfect.

Amen!
