Why It's Called Living Water

Water:
1. Manufactures hormones and neurotransmitters in the brain.
2. Regulates body temperature.
3. Is a shock absorber for the the brain and spinal cord.
4. Converts food into digestible components.
5. Helps deliver oxygen to the body.
6. Is a major component of our body parts.
7. Lubricates joints.
8. Flushes waste from the body.
9. Is necessary for cells to grow, reproduce and survive.
10. Keeps mucus membranes moist.
11. Forms saliva for proper digestion.

And that’s just what water does in the human body.

When you add cooking, cleaning, hydraulic power, growing crops, and the millions of other things dependent on water, you begin to understand why Jesus said that He gives us living water.

Without Him, nothing functions properly in our souls. Nothing.

Jeremiah 17:13: Those who turn away from you will be written in the dust because they have forsaken the LORD, the spring of living water.

John 4:14: “Whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.”
