Second blog post I read on self-control today. Maybe I need to think about this because I could use self-control when it comes to my time on-line! Hmmm...
What a difficult thing to do when "everyone is doing it" or when our culture teaches us to do whatever we want to do!
wonderful reminder! People often say during hard times "He'll never give you more than you can bear" because this scripture is misunderstood - you hit the nail on the head "He'll never give us more temptation than we can stand" is the truth! of course, He is also always there to help us through whatever we must bear - but this verse is about temptation :)
