Cathy’s no ordinary woman: she and her husband have been sharing the gospel in Suriname for more than forty years, living without many of the conveniences we take for granted.
As a Bible Love Notes reader, Cathy had a good eye for typos and errors in my devotions. I was so blessed when she volunteered to be my editor. It was more than I could have asked or imagined!
But the story gets better.
In 2017 Aritha, a gifted woman in Holland, started translating Bible Love Notes into Dutch. That was another blessing I'd never imagined!
But the story gets better.
Aritha had no editor. Having one would have been a blessing she could never have imagined.
But guess what.
Dutch is the official language of Suriname, and Cathy speaks it.
Who but God could orchestrate this partnership: three women who'd never met, on three different continents, volunteering together to share God’s Word.
Without a doubt, our God “is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us” (Ephesians 3:20).

Hi Gail, praise the Lord. I am so blessed to read your devotions every single day. I did comment on few posts earlier and you did reply to me which can be appreciated. Iam from India (settled in the UK). I speak Telugu language. Often times I felt the urge of doing the translation of your work, so that people who speak my language can be blessed too. I did some translation work for my church before and still do for any of my friends in Christ regarding Gospel work.
