There's No Such Thing as a Moral Majority

Despite our desire to have heaven on earth, there are no "Christian nations."

We American Christians have difficulty accepting this fact and often misunderstand our role. 

We need to:

• Keep fighting for good laws but realize the majority will rule.
• Keep living and sharing God's values but realize we'll be in the minority.
• Pray more and complain less.

There's a reoccurring theme in Scripture from Jeremiah (Jeremiah 7:28-29) to Ezekiel (Ezekiel 3:4-9) to Paul (Acts 13:46). God's people have the message of Life, but that doesn't mean the majority will listen. 

But this is no reason for despair.

We can take courage from past saints who also faced opposition (Hebrews 12:1-2) and kept sharing God's message in spite of it.

Jesus warned us that people would treat us the same way they treated Him (John 15:20), so let's take up our spiritual weapons and keep fighting the good fight (Ephesians 6:10-18). 

Even though many people won't listen, some will!
