Nothing Could Be More Central to Our Lives Than The Cross of Christ

The word crux comes from Latin for cross, and it means the main point or the heart of the matter.

Nothing could be more central, more critical, or more at the heart of life and death than the Cross.

When we become Christians, we bow at the Cross of Christ, acknowledging our sins and accepting His salvation.

But the crux of our salvation doesn't end there. It begins.

When we get up from the foot of the Cross we're no longer spectators. We're cross-carriers.

Jesus says, “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me. For whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me will save it." Luke 9:23

The Cross of Christ is central to all of history and it's also central to each believer's life.
