Man Hears Satan, Destroys Sign

Can people actually hear Satan's voice? This 1-minute devotion addresses that subject. #BibleLoveNotes #Bible

I rarely believe people who "hear voices."

But I believe this man.

He claimed that Satan told him to run his car into the 10 Commandments monument at the Oklahoma State Capital.

Why do I believe him?

Because Jesus said, "The thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life." John 10:10

There couldn't be a better example.

God gave us the 10 Commandments so we'd live lives that are rich and satisfying--so we'd avoid behavior that hurts others and ourselves.

The 10 Commandments are filled with love, protection, peace and joy--necessary elements for an abundant Christian life.

I suppose the sight of those Commands at the Oklahoma State Capital made Satan angry because they reveal his lies.

Yes, I believe that man genuinely heard Satan's voice just as we hear Christ's when we read His loving 10 Commandments.
