Splash in the Living Water

Jesus is the Living Water, Water essential to life and Jesus essential to life
We did ministry last month near Hungary’s most famous tourist attraction, Lake Balaton, the largest body of fresh water in Europe. (it’s 78 km long).

Hungarians and Germans flock to Balaton to swim, sail, boat, water ski, parasail, and fish.

Water is such a vital part of our lives:
  • Our body needs it to function properly.
  • We need it for cleansing.
  • It's necessary for our food supply.
  • And we love to play in it.
Christ calls Himself Living Water (John 4:10-14) because He symbolizes all of these things in the spiritual realm.

So today, let's:
  • Drink deep of His Word and nourish our souls.
  • Bathe in repentance and be cleansed of our sins.
  • Splash in the comfort and peace that only Christ offers.

  4. I've found out how much we use water this week. We had to have our well pulled and repaired. We've been letting our water run to get rid of the black soil in it. I love splashing in God's water!

Praying for your knee, Gail. God must be preparing to do great things through you.
